I was extremely satisfied when I recently rented 3 trailers from Gulf Coast campers for a family reunion in Southern Mississippi. Kristine answered my multiple queries prior to our event. Trailers and generators (which Kristine offered to pick up for me and attach to trailers) were delivered on time and professionally. We had trouble with generators the first night. Even though Kristine only delivered the generators as a courtesy, she came out and problem solved by getting diesel generator for us ON a Saturday! She spent a good part of her day handling this. If this had not been resolved, we would have had campers without electricity for 2 more days in the Mississippi heat. With that fixed, we all could return to enjoying our reunion.

We could not be more satisfied with Gulf Coast Campers. They went “above and beyond” all our expectations. We even got a car “stuck” and Kristine returned to get us out of the mud. She was totally invested that we were satisfied and successfully and efficiently handled every concern that arose.

I look forward to working with her for our next reunion!
